Cocktail Popsicle: White Sangria

August 3, 2011 By Naomi Robinson | Bakers Royale 10 Comments

White Sangria Popsicles ~ Summer ease on a stick. I’m trying to keep everyone at a leisurely summer pace one popsicle at a time.

What’s up with retailers selling scarves and sweaters right now?  I don’t want my season fast forwarded. You know what happens when time accelerates quickly?  Things get droopy, saggy and become wide in all the wrong places too fast, too soon.

See how unattractive all that is? Please. I beg you, don’t support the fast-forwarding season by buying your fashion 3 months in advance.

Let’s enjoy summer for just a few more weeks. To help keep you in summer mode I’m offering White Sangria Popsicles.

Hit the jump to Endless Simmer for the recipe.

I really need to get a popsicle mold. I can’t believe I’ve been drooling over all your yummy combos and haven’t bought one yet. This one might be my favorite so far!

Ugh I just noticed in my mail yesterday that all the fall collections were coming out,. Looking at it made me sweat thinking about wearing that now, with the highs being in the 100s!

These look perfect for a hot day and I bet they are so refreshing. I can’t wait for summer to arrive here.

I love your photo too, and the way you’ve used pie tins to hold the fruit. What a great idea!
