S’mores Thumbprint Cookies

June 7, 2011 By Naomi Robinson | Bakers Royale 16 Comments

Smores Thumbprint Cookies ~ A camping treat and a classic cookie meet up for some oven-rising goodness.

Smores Thumbprint

S'mores Thumbprint

Rich in chocolate and soft in texture, the cookie makes for a perfect pillow rest to a creamy toasted marshmallow topping. This is one of my favorite cookie mash-ups and a custom recipe I developed for Babble.

Back in April the editors over at Babble selected Bakers Royale as a Top 100 Mom Food Blog for 2011 (and, yes, I barely made the list by the skin of my teeth!).  Along with that, Babble is starting a new series that I am excited to be participating in called Food Blogger Bites: Recipes and Tips from the Top 100 Food Moms.

That said, click here for the recipe to these S’mores Thumbprint Cookies and to see the other deliciously awesome recipes from some of your favorite bloggers.
