Peppermint Truffle Bark

December 19, 2011 By Naomi Robinson | Bakers Royale 16 Comments

I know peppermint bark is a holiday classic that probably shouldn’t be messed with. But since I can’t improve on the William Sonoma peppermint bark and since there are plenty of copy cat versions out there, I decided to tweak it with a bit of booze. To be more exact I made a Peppermint Kahlua Truffle centered bark. Think William Sonoma Peppermint Bark with an added layer of Peppermint Kahlua truffle.

Boozy Peppermint Truffle Bark

Yes, it’s as good as it sounds. Hit the jump to Endless Simmer for the recipe.
