Easter cocktail-sort of: Peep Jello Shot

April 3, 2012 By Naomi Robinson | Bakers Royale 14 Comments

Easter Jello shots for adults. See the egg portion, that’s a Jello shot kicked up with some Pinnacle Cotton Candy vodka. I should have made made my own boozy Peeps, but I ran out of time.

Peep Jello Shots

So I kept it simple and easy.  The only form required to make the egg portion is the bottom half of one of those cheapo plastic eggs used for Easter hunts. Fill it up and stick a Peep in it. Done. Enjoy!

Hit the jump to Endless Simmer for the recipe.

I don’t care for alcohol (I know- something is wrong with me!), but these are adorable!!

I’m blind, where is the ‘jump to endless simmer’ for the recipe? I need to make these, STAT! You’re pretty much the jello shot master, these are rad!

Only you would post jello shots for Easter… and I love you for that. These are freakin hilarious.

This is so fantastic! How far in advance can these be made? Will the Peep go mushy if I make them a day in advance? Bought the cotton candy vodka today and couldn’t resist tasting it. Amazing.

Pink Patisserie- you can make it one day in advance. To days ahead and the sugar from the peeps starts to run on top of jello shot a little. Not bad, but it does a bit.
