Mudslide Cupcakes ~ Holy boozey sweetness—now you can have your cocktail and cupcake in one bite!

Mudslide Cupcake

Mudslide Cupcake

This sweet confection is my first dessert post over at Endless Simmer under the handle Sweet Fiend. If you haven’t been there before, what are you waiting for?

Head on over for industry related food articles, celebrity chef interviews, recipes and so much more. You’ll quickly see why I am excited to be joining the ES crew. While I am there I will be contributing dessert recipes and more.

Don’t forget to drop me a few keystrokes over there as you so generously do here. I love hearing from you no matter where I am at! Thanks and enjoy.

And pssst. . . in the recipe is how to make homemade  Baileys Irish Cream with just a few ingredients and a blender.

For the baileyd buttercream frosting do you use granualted sugar? I tried to make it, but when i started adding the butter the frosting became very runny. Any ideas?
