Lemon Cheesecake with Blackberry Balsamic Reduction

June 12, 2010 By Naomi Robinson | Bakers Royale 3 Comments

Lemon Cheesecake with Blackberry Balsamic Reduction  ~ Yes, it is as good as it sounds. Soft velvety cheesecake with just a hint of lemon, but before you settle in on that, don’t forget the blackberry balsamic reduction sauce that pairs perfectly for a must make cheesecake.

Lemon Cheesecake with Blackberry Balsamic Reduction

Stay with me as I deviate a bit from my usual. . . .

I started this blog not too long ago as a way to channel my passion for baking, I had no idea I would find such a home in the food blogging community and develop so many friendships.

One of these friendships has been with Jamie over at My Baking Addiction. Wow-What an incredible baker! Her passion is infectious and her creations are enviable.  So yeah, I’m going to say if you don’t already, join the fun and Subscribe, Follow and Like her, of course don’t forget to join the My Baking Addiction’s Flickr group, Share Stream.

When Jaime asked me if I would like to guest post in her absence, I was honored and overjoyed. All that lasted two seconds as the nervousness crept in and I realized, “For the sweet love of sugar, what have I committed to”?

Thankfully she calmed my nerves straight and I settled on what to make.

Hit the jump for the remainder of this post and the recipe for how to make a perfect cheesecake with a killer reduction sauce.
