I really enjoyed the video having already read the recipe it made more sense. I really liked the part at the beginning where you showed quantities after that particularly with the eggs it got a little rushed and I had to go back and check the recipe. But I thought it was a great first effort and I am really enjoying the site.

Sweet!! I loved the music and the pacing. You managed to make the art of caramel creation look simple and approachable. The ingredient quantity listing was a great idea. I thought some of the close ups shots were a bit too close.
Was this shot with the camera on a tripod or was someone doing the camera work? Being alone is my biggest challenge with shooting video in the kitchen. I need 2 extra long arms!!
I am looking forward to more video and watching your skill and knowledge grow. So exciting.

Love the video. Well executed and very professional.
I would only pace it a bit slower.
Congrats on your first video. Hope many more will come.

Love the video. It’s very helpful especially when there are so many steps to a recipe one may shy away from. You make it look so easy.

A great video! I especially like how you showed how to brush the sides of the pan so they don’t crystallize. THat’s always my problem. And what a pretty kitchen!

Great video! I like how it’s so brief – but I would have liked more instructions along the way. I thought of this video by Emily Diana Ruth that I really love- it’s a crème brûlée video, just 2 minutes, quite artsy and very personal, here: I think it works well this way 🙂

What a breath of fresh air, compared to You Tube videos with people yakking on and on. This is very professional, and gets right to the point. There were a couple places where it went a bit fast to follow, but at least I have a recipe to read along with it. Excellent job and I hope to see more.
