I have to admit I think my Japanese aunt might scream in agony if she saw this. Sake and tea are serious things in Japanese culture.  You don’t mess with them and you buy the best that you can, when you can.

Luckily I’m not Japanese, so I got bastardly with some inexpensive sake and threw it in a blender with some Lychees, honeydew and then garnished the popsicles with some raspberries.

Hit the jump over to Endless Simmer for the post and recipe on these Lychee Saketini Popsicles.

I’ve never had a lychee. They look pretty enought, but what do they taste like?

What a special and colorful recipe,

Very good friend of mine started collecting recipies and from that moment on, I can’t stop myself from doing the same, she loves to cook so much, her love got all of me!
This is a special rule of nature called – “Environmental Impact”…

    blesses and thanks!
