Okay, so not my best work in terms of visual execution on the red, white and blue striping (ahem – purple, red, and pink?) but failed coloring aside, the flavor is spot on for this Fourth of July popsicle enhanced with a bit of Happy Hour for an adult treat. To keep this kid friendly, just omit the alcohol and fun for all can be had on a stick! And what isn’t more fun on a stick?
