Let’s get fat together! Yep, these are slightly outrageous—full of crazy gooeyness from the caramel, a chewiness from the brownies, nuttiness from the pecans and over the top awesomeness with the coconut. There’s a lot going on in this bar, but trust me when I say, the only thing you will notice is how many are left for your next serving.
I made these over the weekend and took them to a family get together and they were enjoyed by kids and adults alike.
I’m really clipping this post to a matter of a few sentences because per my usual style when I do do this, I’m over booked and over-tired with deadlines–some things never change–pregnant or not. It’s like I have no sense of time or abilities to manage a paced schedule. Nope. Somehow I’ve been set on crazy—for, oh you know—the last 10 years!
