Yes, friends you read that right—Champagne Popsicles! These are so easy to pull off, you’ll want to make a lot because they go fast.
It’s not hard to see why, right? Fruit-filled “champs” on a stick. Um, yeah!
I used Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry Champagne and their Berry Fusion Sparkling Wine for the body and then filled it out with berries, apples and pomegranate arils. Of course you can use any fruit you prefer, but I was thinking ahead for Valentine’s and wanted to keep a red-colored theme.
They even have a Peach Fusion flavor that I can’t wait to use for summer popsicles, sorbet floats, sangrias . . . see where I’m going with this? You can mix and match this idea so many ways to suit any occasion. Go crazy and have fun!
Speaking of crazy, look below. I like floating my champagne popsicles, in—well champagne, for more flavor!
Now that you know how I like my champagne popsicles, make sure you come back and share what kind of champagne popsicles pairings you come up with because we can all use a little more inspiration.

Champagne Popsicles

Fill half of popsicles wells half way up with Barefoot Bubbly Berry Fusion and the other popsicles wells half way up with Bubbly Extra Dry Champagne. Layer each well with a variety of fruit. Cover top of popsicle mold with foil. Create a hole in the center of each well just large enough to insert a popsicle stick; insert popsicle stick. Hi Naomi,
You deserve a big thumbs up for this one👍. I prepared this at a reunion today and I had my praise on everyone’s lips. I used plums and pears for mine though. The taste is nice I must confess.

I could make my summers better in the presence of this lovely treat. My partner loves strawberries and I thought I could surprise him with one. In fact, both of us were looking for more at the end.
