If you are anything like me, than you hate to waste. That means, we are the annoying people that refuse to part with a bag of food until it is completely emptied of every last crumb. Look in my pantry and you’ll see bag after bag rolled, clipped or taped down to preserve those handful of goodies. So thank goodness for recipes like this Caramel Popcorn Candy Bark.
Bark is a great vehicle to use up those bits and pieces and odds and ends. Today’s bark is a five-ingredient recipe: caramel popcorn, crushed Butterfinger candy, mini M&Ms and a combination of both dark and white chocolate. It was amazing according to my boys, especially the little man, who I will admit has a sweet-tooth that rivals mine . . . and he’s only 2—GULP!
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the ingredients. Have fun with this recipe and use up what you have in your pantry! But I should share, Matt said the Butterfinger crumbles with caramel popcorn made this his favorite bark I’ve ever made.

Caramel Popcorn Candy Bark

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour dark chocolate onto parchment paper, using an offset spatula, spread chocolate to an even layer. Drizzle white chocolate top, using the tip of the off-set spatula, swirl it through the dark chocolate. Sprinkle the caramel popcorn, crushed Butterfinger and mini M&Ms on top. Yes, nothing upsets me more than to waste anything. I refuse to throw anything out until I’ve used it up as much as I possibly can. This bark is such a tasty way to do just that!

Mmmmmm! Great way to use up all that leftover candy..love the popcorn too!
I love the addition of the caramel popcorn. Caramel corn is big at the Jersey Shore, so I always have some extra! Perfect as a little take away treat for guests! Thanks for sharing!
I’m not the kind of person that ever has stray candy left over, so instead I’ll use this as an excuse to BUY all this candy, make the bark, and then chow down on all the leftover candy too. WIN! hehe.
I would not be able to stop myself with this in front of me!!
Such a fun no-bake treat!
Yum! This is my kind of treat!
I was JUST getting so annoyed with all the various quarter-full bags of nuts, and other snacks in our cabinets. Naomi saves the day (as always). Bark here I come!!
