The caramel goodness is set against a fruity pear bite, now take that and cushion it on a cinnamon and ginger cake crumb and it’s going to be hard not to grab seconds.

Yum, looks so delicious. I’ve never had a pear torte like this but I’ll have to try it.
The fact is that I really can’t try this recipe because I WILL eat this in one sitting. And then I’ll be one very guilty man.
