Irish Car Bombs Jello Shots ~ No more guzzling. No more curdling. Now you can have your Irish Car Bomb leisurely with this St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shot.
And yes, they taste better than the liquid version, but enjoy safely – they are still just as potent. Hit the jump for the recipe over at Endless Simmer.
Those sound fantastic!
These look amazing!! Going to jump over to Endless Simmer to check it out!
These look great! I may have to make these.
This is fantastic!! Love it!
So creative… as always.
I do realise it’s not you personally that came up with the name for this drink, but in all honesty, I find it truly offensive, disrespectful, insensitive and disgusting. People in Ireland and Northern Ireland have been killed – as in blown up – by car bombs.
And this is supposedly ‘in celebration’ of St. Patrick’s Day???!!! What will there be next? Holocaust cakes? Twin tower shaped cookies?
Could you please find a way to re-name this? It makes me sick to think of the innocent people who were killed by REAL Irish car bombs, and whose families are still mourning their loss.
Again, I realise and can appreciate that although this is your blog, you didn’t come up with this sickening name for a drink. But still, consider its disrespectfulness and insensitivity, and perhaps come up with someone else to ‘celebrate’ and ‘honour’ Paddy’s Day.
Oh gee, this is lovely! Awesome recipe!
Haha so creative. Maybe I’d actually be able to finish the drink if I took it as a shot, or jello shot at that.
These are so fun! What a great idea for St. Patrick’s Day!
Whoa, those look intense. And fancy! And it was so great to get to meet the genius behind the blog 🙂
Now that I’ve met you in person, there is nothing I’d rather be doing on Friday afternoon than doing Irish Car Bomb shots with you!
Ooh fun!
You and me babe… we need to get drunk together. Right away. 😉
Girl, we are SO on the same page with the Irish Car Bombs. LOVE.
Lighten up! It’s a drink. Nearly nothing about St. Patricks Day is true to the “real” reason for the celebration. As long as we’re in North America, this is a fairly common name and is not intended to be offensive. Do you think every red headed woman is offended because someone decided to call a drink a “Red Headed Slut”?
You are insane. Go find something real to whine about.
