Get ready to for some messy goodness with this. I say “this” because I started out with the intention to make this a straight up Black Forest Eton Mess, then per my usual heavy hand, I pumped it up with some crumbled brownies and chopped chocolate almonds.
It’s a little out of control for an eton mess, but I know you are going to love it. The crumbled brownie adds a good flavor and richness as does the chopped chocolate almonds. Now that I’ve broken the rule for the standard eton mess you can bet I’m gonna be all over the place with it.
Speaking of being all over the place, this Black Forest Eton Mess is loaded with all kinds of carb-y and dairy like stuff that isn’t always so stomach friendly. But pssst . . . I’ve found my secret weapon to squash all those unhappy belly moans and grumbles post dessert enjoyment.
Let’s talk about my latest 30-day challenge. Yep, I took the 30-Day #TrustYourGut Challenge with Me+My Digest Results™. If you know me, then you know, while I love food and eat just about everything, my stomach doesn’t always agree with what I like.
And that is an awful thing for someone like me, who hates to turn down any food. With that, Digest Results™ helps me digest better with all-natural enzymes in just one little pill that I take before I eat. The fast-acting enzymes help to break down the food while I eat.
Yay, to that because I can eat things like this creamy filled awesome eton mess to anything else without discomfort. Click here to read more about how you can take your own 30-Day #TrustYourGut Challenge and visit your local Walmart to pick up Me+My Digest Results™. Any recipe that starts with a glass of wine is a winner! I’ve always found Eton mess to be a bit unsubstantial for me, so the addition of brownie is a welcome one, they look fantastic.
